【Abstract】 Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection can induce gastritis,gastric and duodenal ulcers,lymphoma in gastric mucosa,and gastric carcinoma.However,clearance treatment targeted against Hp infection should depend on bacterial pathogenicity and gastric mucosal immunity.It is pivotal to have an effective treatment in infection with pathogenic strains of Hp,while,under some circumstances,localization of HP in stomach is benefit to gastric mucosa and plays a role in the immune protection.更多还原
