【Abstract】 Gene therapy is a new and promising treatment for a variety of malignancies.This article first simply stated the development history of gene therapy,then introduced the methods of gene therapy at present for hematologic neoplasm,such as antisensenucleic acids therapy,anti-oncogene therapy,suicide gene therapy and adoptive immunity therapy,and further analyzed its ethical problems in the gene therapy for the patients with hematologic neoplasm.更多还原
