64层螺旋CT牙体表面成像技术显示埋伏牙的质量控制

【摘要】 目的探讨64层螺旋CT在埋伏牙牙体表面成像中的图像后处理技术及其质量控制。方法采用东芝Aquilion64层螺旋CT机对22例埋伏牙的患者行容积扫描,在Vitrea2工作站对数据分别行容积再现技术(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及多平面重建(MPR)等图像后处理,并评价其成像效果。结果全部22例的图像效果满意。上颌埋伏牙13例,下颌6例,上、下颌3例。牙列三维立体形态显示良好,可从各个角度完整显示单个牙的表面形态。埋伏牙的形态、大小、位置、方向和与周围牙齿的关系观察明确。结论螺旋CT牙体表面成像技术能多方位全面地显示骨内埋伏牙。为设计治疗方案提供客观的依据,有较大的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the technique and quality control of post processing methods in impacted tooth with 64-slice spiral CT. Methods 22 patients with impacted tooth were undergone volume scan by Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice spiral CT. All the raw data were transmitted to the VITREA2 work station and were reconstructed by using VR,MIP,MPR and so on. All the images were evaluated and compared. Results All the images of 22 patients were satisfied. There were 13 impacted teeth in the upper mandible,6 in the lower mandible and 3 cases involved both the upper and lower mandible. The dental surface reconstruction image could clearly demonstrate the dentition and every single tooth. The shape,size,location,orientation,and the relationship between each tooth were clearly showed in the images. Conclusion The dental surface reconstruction is a technique to display three-dimensional surface configuration of the impacted teeth. This technique plays an important role in the treatment prescription and is of great clinical value.
