【摘要】 目的评定药物髓内注射联合鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗股骨头缺血坏死的疗效。方法对84例股骨头缺血坏死(FicatⅡ-Ⅳ期)单独应用丹参酮ⅡA注射液髓内注射治疗(43例)与联合松梅乐鹿瓜多肽静脉给药治疗(41例)的临床资料进行回顾性研究,分析随访结果,评价临床治疗效果。结果根据北戴河髋关节功能评价4项6级标准:优≥80分,良≥60分,中≥40分,差<40分。单独应用丹参酮ⅡA髓内注射治疗:优5髋,良17髋,中14髋,差7髋,总有效率83.72%。应用丹参酮ⅡA髓内注射联合鹿瓜多肽治疗:优8髋,良20髋,中9髋,差4髋,总有效率90.24%。结论药物髓内注射联合鹿瓜多肽治疗能更有效的改善股骨头坏死患者的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Intramedullary Injection and Lugua Polypeptide injection in Non-traumatic Necrosis of Femoral Head.Methods 84 cases were divided into treatment(43 cases were use Intramedullary Injection singly)and control groups(41 of which Lugua Polypeptide injection addition).In two course of treatment,the symptoms and signs of the cases of two groups were observed,at the same time,the levels of X-ray were measured.Results According to the ’beidaihe’ functional evaluation standard of coax joint,The treatment group total effective rate90.24%,and control 83.72%.The two side have distinct diffrence via spss 13.0 analysis(p<0.05).Conclusions There were better clinical results of the treatment of non-traumatic necrosis of femoral head by intramedullary injection and Lugua Polypeptide injection at the same time.更多还原
