2004~2006年青岛市学校和托幼机构食堂量化分级管理效果评价
Evaluation on Impact of Quantified and Classified Management on Food Hygiene for School Dinning Room in Qingdao City from 2004 to 2006
【摘要】 [目的]评价青岛市学校、托幼机构食堂实施食品卫生量化分级的效果。[方法]对2004~2006年青岛市所辖12个区(市)441所学校、托幼机构的集体食堂进行分析。[结果]参与量化分级管理的学校集体食堂2004~2006年分别为389家、423家、441家。评为A级者所占比例2004~2006年分别为6.94%、12.53%、16.33%(P<0.01)。2006年的441家食堂中,A级、B级、C级分别占16.33%、39.68%、43.99%(包括D级1家)。[结论]青岛市在学校和托幼机构集体食堂实施食品卫生量化分级管理取得了良好效果。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To assess the impacts of quantified and classified management on food hygiene for school dinning room in Qingdao city.[Methods]a investigation was carried out on the dinning rooms from 441 high schools,elementary schools and nursery schools during the period of 2004-2006.[Results]The numbers of the school dinning rooms under the quantified and classified management were 389,423 and 441 in 2004,2005 and 2006,respectively.And the proportions of dinning rooms in grade A were 6.94%,12.53% and 16.33% from 2004 to 2006,respectively(P<0.01).In 2006,among total 441 dinning rooms,the percentage of dining rooms that achieved A,B and C grade were 16.33%,39.68% and 43.99%.[Conclusion]The investigation showed that the quantified and classified management for controlling and improving food hygiene in school dinning rooms was effective.
