【摘要】 [目的]了解云南省肺结核患者对肺结核病免费政策的知晓情况,为日后制定相关政策提供依据。[方法]2006年,在云南省随机抽取网络报告的726名肺结核患者(包括可疑患者)进行调查。[结果]调查726人,免费治疗政策的知晓率为84.44%,免费诊疗机构的知晓率为80.17%。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果,未到疾病预防控制中心接受诊治、流动人口、年龄大、有医疗保险、医生未建议到疾病预防控制中心诊治、医生未告知可获得免费诊治者对免费政策知晓率的RR值分别为0.626、0.315、0.783、0.558、0.340、0.268;未到疾病预防控制中心接受诊治、少数民族、有医疗保险、医生未告诉可获得免费诊治者对免费诊疗机构知晓率的RR值分别为0.347、0.622、0.423、0.217。[结论]未到疾病预防控制中心接受结核病诊治、流动人口、少数民族、有医疗保险、年龄大的患者结核病免费政策及相关信息知晓率较低;医生宣传是结核病免费政策及相关信息的最有效渠道。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore knowing situation of tuberculosis free treating policy among part of tuberculosis cases in Yunnan,in order to provide scientific evidences for constituting reasonable countermeasure.[Methods]In 2006,726 tuberculosis/suspects cases reported in net were randomly selected and surveyed in Yunnan.[Results]The knowing rate of free treating policy was 84.44% and the knowing rate of free treating place was 80.17% among the 726 cases surveyed.The data analyzed by Non-conditional Logistic Regression showed that the most statistically significant risk factors were as follows: accepting no treatment in Center of Disease Prevention and Control(RR=0.626),mobile population(RR=0.315),aging people(RR=0.783),having medical insurance(RR=0.558),doctor having no advice to CDC(RR=0.340) and doctor telling no free treating policy(RR=0.268);accepting no treatment in CDC(RR=0.347),minority people(RR=0.622),having medical insurance(RR=0.423) and doctor telling no free treating policy(RR=0.217).[Conclusion]The knowing rates of relative tuberculosis free treating information were lower among the people having no treatment in CDC,mobile population,minority people,having medical insurance and aging people.To acquire relative tuberculosis free treating information,doctor propaganda was the best effective approach.更多还原
