【Abstract】 Administrative plan is an integral part of administration in the country’s development.A well-made administrative plan is characterized by reasonableness,foresightedness,and availability to the protection of the public interests and the benefit of the administrative relative person.This article attempts a comparative study of the administrative procedural laws in the US,Germany and Taiwan,and analyzes the unfavorable situation of China’s administrative plan procedure loss,and proposes the major points in the country’s legislation of administrative plan procedure.更多还原
