【Abstract】 The main problems of human resource of health care in the country are as follows: quantity deficiency,low quality,lopsided distribution and unreasonable structure.The main reasons are cumbered channel of human resource flow,distempered training and financing mechanism,unbalance between cities and countries,unbalance between eastern and western China.It suggests increase governments’ investment,innovate the personnel affair system and distribution mechanism,implement an effective stimulative mechanism.更多还原
