【摘要】 目的:探讨高龄中、高度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗手段、疗效,以及治疗产生的相关毒副作用。方法:11例高龄中、高度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者(>80岁),采用减量CTOP方案化疗4~8个周期,观察其临床症状、体征,并监测血常规、血生化、心电图等。结果:11例患者中,完全缓解(CR)6例,部分缓解(PR)3例,总反应率(CR+PR)81.8%,常见副作用为肺部感染、白细胞减少等,但均未影响化疗。结论:高龄非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者采用减量CTOP方案治疗可获得较满意疗效,且副作用轻微,可进一步临床应用观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy and toxicity of the treatment of very elderly patients with aggressive non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma. Methods: 11 very elderly patients(>80 years) with aggressive non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma received 4~8 cycles of reduced CTOP regimen,and were observed the curative effects and adverse events.Results: Among 11 patients,6 patients acquired complete remission,3 patients acquired partial remission,the overall response rate was 81.8%.Side effects were slightmainly pulmonary infections and leucopenia,which didn′t interrupt the chemical therapies.Conclusion: Very elderly patients with aggressive non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma,who treated with reduced CTOP regimen,could acquired good curative effects,and the side effects were light.The reduced CTOP regimen is worthy of further research.更多还原
