微量输液器持续气道湿化临床效果观察

【摘要】 目的探讨人工气道患者最佳气道湿化方法。方法选择建立人工气道患者120例,随机分为对照组60例与试验组60例,对照组采用气道内间断滴入加湿法,试验组采用微量输液器持续滴入法进行气道湿化。结果120例患者中对照组痰痂形成率、肺部感染率大于试验组。结论人工气道患者采用微量输液器持续气道湿化,成本低、操作简单,能有效防止痰痂的形成,预防肺部感染的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the optimal method of airway humidification for patients with artificial airway .Methods 120 patients with artificial airway were divided randomly into the experimental group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).The cases in experimental group were humidified with accurately adjustable infusion apparatus, the control group was humidified with interrupted drop .Results The formation rate of sputum crust and the incidence of pulmonay infection in the control group were higher than that in the experimental group. Conclusion Continuous airway humidification with accurately adjustable infusion apparatus is a low-expense, simple method. It can effectively prevent formation of sputum crust and lower the incidence of pulmonay infection. [
