【摘要】 目的探讨初中学生自杀意念的出现率及其危险因素。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样,从天津市中学中抽取有初中部的中学8所,共1933名初中学生,用自编调查问卷进行现场调查。应用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果1933名青春期初中学生中,近一年内有者自杀意念者496例(24.26%),男女之比为1∶2.2,毕业班高于非毕业班。初中生产生自杀意念的危险因素有:与父母有矛盾、学习压力大、与同学关系不好、家庭不和睦、家长教育方式不良、饮酒、抑郁等。结论自杀意念在初中学生中并不罕见,社会、家长与教育工作者应认识其危险因素并积极进行干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the prevalence and Risk factors of suicide idea in students in Tianjin . Methods 1933 junior high school students were investigated by stratified cluster sampling with self-designing questionnaire from eight junior high schools. Data were analysed by SPSS 11.5( statistical package for the social science) program on computer. Rusults 496 persons (24.26 %)of the 1933 students has the history of attempted suicide and the ratio of boys and girls was 1∶2.2,the ratio of grade nine’s are much higher than grade seven and grade eight’s. Risk factors of suicide idea may be include educational patterns and burden of learning, relation between father and mother, parents and children, and self and classmate, drinking, depression.Conclusion Suicide attempts were not uncommonly seen in. Society ,parents and teaching staff should identify the risk factors and carry out positively intervention as early as possible.更多还原
