【摘要】 目的对比泪囊鼻腔吻合术后置与不置填充物的效果。方法随机抽取泪囊鼻腔吻合术分置填充物组与不置填充物组各200例(各200眼),前者填充物为凡士林纱条,后者不置任何物质。结果出血情况:置填充物组60例,不置填充物组10例;胀痛情况:置填充物组100例,不置填充物组10例;炎症反应情况:置填充物组80例,不置填充物组8例:治愈情况:置填充物组188例,不置填充物组198例;无效情况:填充物组5例,不置填充物组2例。结论泪囊鼻腔吻合术可以不置填充物,且效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of put or no-put of stuffmater in anastomosis of dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods Random sampling,200 patients in each group of put or no-put of stuffmater in anastomsis of dacryocystorhinostomy, stuffmater is vaseline gauze. Results Hemorrhage: stuffmaters group is 60 of the patients, no-stuffmater group is 10 of the patients. Nasal Pain: stuffmater group is 100 of the patients. No-stuffmater group is 10 of the patients. Inflammation reaction: stuffmaters group is 80 of the patients. No-stuffmater group is 8 of the patients.curative rate: stuffmater group is 180 of the patients, no-stuffmateer group is 198 of the patients.
