【摘要】 目的探讨改良Harada-Ito术治疗外旋转性斜视的效果。方法上斜肌附着点前1/2向前移位到上直肌的颞侧,矫正外旋转性斜视。结果10例手术后旋转复视症状均基本消失,视自然物体清晰。结论改良Harada-Ito术治疗外旋转斜视效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effect of the improving operation of Harada-Ito to cure revolving strabismus.Methods To move superior forward one second to the side of the temporal bone to correct revolving strabismus. Results After operation,the symptom of the ten patients who have revolving strabismus almost disappears and they can see natural objects clearly. Conclusions It is satisfied to effect of the improving operation of Harada-Ito to cure revolving strabismus.更多还原
