【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性白内障手术的最佳手术时机及手术方式。方法对87例(87眼)外伤性白内障分成3组,在伤后不同时间做白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术,观察其手术效果。结果随访半年后视力都有提高,平均达0.32～0.44,除1例眼内炎外,无严重并发症。结论外伤性白内障根据不同情况采用不同的手术时机及手术方式,效果是良好的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the best timing and operative methods in traumatic cataract. Methods 87 cases of traumatic cataract were divided into A, B, C 3 groups by operative time. We performd cataract extraction with different time after trauma and vis- ual acuity was recorded.Results The best correct visual acuity was improved followed up 6 months. The visual acuity was 0.32 - 0.44. No obvious complication was found in all cases, but one en- dophthalmitis. Conclusions Timing and operatve methods is very important in patients with traumatic cataract. The effect is good.更多还原
