【摘要】 目的通过病例分析腊样芽胞杆菌所致外伤性眼内炎的临床特点及治疗效果。方法对10例(11眼)蜡样芽胞杆菌所致外伤性眼内炎,其中4眼因角膜全部水肿溶解坏死行眼内容摘除术,7眼于诊断后立即行玻璃体切除术治疗。结果7眼因感染不能控制行眼内容物摘出术,其余4眼随访4月～3年,视力0.03者1眼,数指1眼,手动1眼,光感1眼。结论蜡样芽胞杆菌所致外伤性眼内炎发病迅速,常在24小时内破坏眼球,玻璃体切除联合抗生素的应用是治疗的有效方法,但预后不佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of traumatic endophthalmitis result from wax bacilus. Methods In the ten traumatic endophthalmitis suffered(11 eyes) wax bacillus,7 eyes were received evisceration because corneas completely dropsi- cal,soluble,necrotic,and 4 eyes were cured by vitrectomy immedi- ately after diagnosis. Results 4 eyes were followed up 3 years,the vision 0.03 in 1 eye,CF 1 eye,HM 1 eye,LP 1 eye. Conclusions The traumatic endophthalmitis result from wax bacillus become bad rapidly,and often destroys the eyeball in 24 hours, the vilreous body excision with antibiotic application is the treatment effective method, but the prognosis is not good.更多还原
