【摘要】 目的分析白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后影响双眼视恢复的因素。方法对76例(105眼)白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后进行Worth四点灯、同视机及颜氏立体视图谱检查。结果屈光参差及双眼视力差值均与立体视锐度值(弧秒)呈正相关,外伤性白内障受伤与手术相距时间与立体视锐度值(弧秒)呈正相关,老年性白内障单眼组与双眼组立体视锐度的差异具有统计学意义。结论屈光参差、双眼视力差值以及外伤性白内障受伤与手术相距时间是影响术后双眼视恢复的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the factors related to binoc- ularity after cataract extraction and pseudophakic implantation. Methods Seventy-six patients (105 eyes)with cataract extrac- tion and pseudophakic implantation were evaluated by Worth Four- dot test, Synophophore and Yan’s random dot steregram. Results positive correlation between interocular acuity difference and ste- reoacuity. A positive correlation between anisometropia and stereoa- cuity. A positive correlation between the duration from trauma to surgery and stereoacuity. The difference of stereocuity between uni- lateral aged-ralated cataract group and bilateral aged-raiated cata- tact group was significant. Conclusions Anisometropia, interocu- lar acuity difference, the duration from trauma to surgery are the factors related to the binocularity after cataract extraction and pseu- dophakic implanation.更多还原
