【摘要】 目的探讨眼眶爆裂性骨折用Medpor填充治疗的手术效果。方法2003年9月～2006年5月经不同入路开眶术用Medpor填充治疗78例眼眶爆裂性骨折。结果手术后对眼球内陷疗效的分析,早期治愈率92%,晚期手术治愈率72%,早期手术明显优于晚期手术;手术后对复视的疗效分析,早期手术中有效率84%,晚期手术中有效率为56%,早期手术明显优于晚期手术。结论早期采用Medpor眶壁修补术是治疗眶壁爆裂性骨折的有效方法;术中充分松解嵌顿的眼外肌防止再粘连是消除复视的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of surgical treatment for blow-out fractures with porous high-density polyethylene implantation.Methods 78 cases with blow-out fractures treated by surgery from 2003 to 2006 were reviewed and summarized,and their surgical effects were analyzed.Results The total success rate was 100% in treating enophthalmos.The cure rates of early and late surgery were 92% and 72% respectively.As for the diplopia after operation,the cure rates of early and late surgery were 84% and 56%.There was significiant difference between the early surgery group and the late surgery group on the total success rates.Conclusions Operation for orbit blow-out fracture is the primary treatment.Different operation occasions have different effect on amelioration orbital fracture complication.Early operation is easier,with fewer complications and better results.This is the key method to eliminate diplopia since it may fully loose the incarcerated muscle and reduce secondary adhesion.更多还原
