灰树花子实体多糖的分子组成与降血糖作用
Anti-Diabetic Effects of Polysaccharide Extracted from Grifola Frondsoda(Maitake)
【摘要】 从人工培样的灰树花子实体中,经过DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow阴离子交换树脂和ToyopearlHW-75分子筛分离纯化得到一种多糖。运用紫外扫描,薄层层析,高效液相色谱法进行纯度鉴定和红外光谱、核磁共振进行结构鉴定。结果表明,在经过分离纯化后得到了一种α葡聚糖。经过初步药效学实验证明这种多糖可以有效降低KKay小鼠体内血糖含量,并且能够较长期的控制小鼠血糖水平。
【Abstract】 GF polysaccharide was decolored by DEAE-SepharoseFast Flow,separated by Toyopearl HW-75,and examined by TLC and HPLC.GE,analysis of the acid hydrolyzed product showed that the polysaccharide was composed of D-glucose.IR spectrum revealed that the sample contains α-Glucan bond.The biologiclal activity showed that the polysaccharid had anti-diabetic effect on KK-Ay mice.
