【摘要】 目的为改善药品不良反应监测中的信息沟通工作提供参考。方法用Excel表格对电话记录的时间、来电人身份、来电内容和目的分别统计分析。结果电话记录数量自2006年6～12月明显增加。个人(患者或消费者)来电记录数量最多,为62份。来电内容以报告药品不良反应最多,为34份;其次为咨询所用药品是否会发生药品不良反应,为18份。结论良好的信息沟通有利于药品不良反应报告制度的执行,并对公众的用药行为以及政府部门的形象会产生积极影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the reference for information communication in adverse drug reacti-on monitoring.Methods Analyzed the time,identity,content and motive of each phone record by Excel table.Results The number of phone records increased after June,2006.62 phone records came from individual(patients or consumer),account for 85%.The content and motive of all phones invo-lved in reporting adverse drug reaction and consulating rational use of drug,respectively 34 and 18.Conclusion Executing of the adverse drug reaction reporting institution,public rational use of drug and good visualize of government will benefit from the good communication on drug safety informa-tion.更多还原
