【摘要】 目的:建立同时测定肾通颗粒的6种成分—淫羊藿苷、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ、隐丹参酮及丹参酮Ⅱ_A 含量的分析方法。方法:色谱柱:Alltech C₁₈（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相:水（A）-乙腈（B）,梯度洗脱法;检测波长:270nm,245 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL·min^-1;进样量为20μL。结果:淫羊藿苷、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ、隐丹参酮及丹参酮Ⅱ_A 的线性范围分别为0.30～2.97,0.05～0.50,0.03～0.32,0.12～1.16,0.06～0.56,0.10～1.00μg范围内,线性关系良好（r>0.9995）。平均加样回收率（n=6）分别为100.7%,99.0%,101.2%,101.8%,98.0%,100.1%;RSD<2.0%。结论:本方法操作简单、重复性好,为评价和控制肾通颗粒的质量提供了可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for determining the six components—icariin,psoralen,isopsoralen,icar- isid-Ⅱ,cryptotanshione,tanshione Ⅱ_A in Shentong granules simultaneously.Methods:The analytical column was Alltech C₁₈（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was water （A）-acetonitrile （B） with gradient elution.The detection wavelengths were 270 nm and 245 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The sample injection volumn was 20 μL.Results:Good linearities of icariin,psoralen,isopsoralen,icarisid- Ⅱ,cryptotanshione,tanshione Ⅱ_A were showed within the ranges of 0.30-2.97,0.05-0.50,0.03-0.32,0.12- 1.16,0.06-0.56,0.10-1.00 μg respectively,r> 0.9995.The average recoveries（n=6）were 100.7%, 99.0%,101.2%,101.8%,98.0%,100.1% respectively,RSD < 2.1%.Conclusion:The method is simple and show a good reappearance,which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.更多还原
