【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸奈法唑酮片的含量。方法:采用 Hypersil ODS2 C₁₈柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.025mol·L^-1醋酸铵（含0.2%三乙胺）溶液（75:25）为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长250nm。结果:含量测定的线性范围在50～1000μg·mL^-1之间,r=0.9999（n=7）线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD 为1.5%。结论:本方法准确、简便、快速,重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of nefazodone in tablets.Methods:Chroma- tographic conditions:Hypersil ODS2 C₁₈ column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,as stationary phase;mobile phase was methanol-0.025 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate （contain 0.2% triethylaminer） solution （75:25）;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,detection wavelength was set at 250 nm.Results:The linear range was from 50 μg·mL^-1 to 1000 μg·mL^-1;r=0.9999 （n=7）.The average recovery was 99.7% and RSD of 1.5%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate.更多还原
