【摘要】 目的:验证中国药典方法测定庆大霉素 C 组分含量的准确性,同时考察直观推导式演进特征投影（HELP）法应用于多组分药物色谱分析的适用性。方法:用直观推导式演进特征投影（HELP）法,对高效液相色谱仪-二极管阵列检测器（HPLC-DAD）采集的色谱数据进行解析,分辨出各物质的色谱曲线,用庆大霉素 C₁组分的纯色谱曲线进行积分定量,并进行了方法学考察。结果:解析结果扣除了未分离的杂质峰的干扰,对样品中的庆大霉素 C₁组分进行了准确定量。结论:运用化学计量学方法为色谱难分离的多组分抗生素的分析提出了一种有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To validate the method for determination of gentamycin C components in ChP and to study the suitability of heuristic evolving latent projection （HELP） method applying in chromatographic analysis of multi -component drugs.Method:Resolve and integrate pure chromatogram of gentamycin C₁ component by HELP method based on the high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection （HPLC-DAD） data.Re- sults:The resolved results deducted disturbance of impurities and gentamycin C₁ component in samples was quanti- tatively determined successfully.Conclusion:HELP method provides effective way for determination of complex an- tibiotics contain multi-components such as gentamycin.更多还原
