【摘要】 目的:为了更好地评价药食两用的中药党参,建立准确快速的 RP-HPLC 法测定党参药材中党参炔苷的含量。方法:采用 Kromasil C₁₈柱（4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（28:72）,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为267 nm。结果:党参炔苷在0.05～0.60μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,回归方程为 Y=2.26×10⁶X-2.75×10⁴,平均回收率为98.83%,RSD 为0.95%（n=6）。结论:本法简便快速,准确度和重现性好,可用于党参中党参炔苷的含量测定。山西党参药材中,陵川产的五花芯党参含党参炔苷的量最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the chinese herb Codonopsis pilosula,a precise and rapid RP-HPLC method was for the determination of the content of lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula.Methods:A Kromasil C₁₈column（4.6 mm×200mm,5μm）was adopted.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water（28:72）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was at 267 nm.Results:Lobetyolin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05-0.60μg（r=0.9998）.The regression equition was Y=2.26×10⁶X-2.75×10⁴;the aver- age recovery was 98.83% with RSD of 0.95%（n=6）.Conclusions:This method was reliable,accurate and repro- ducible and it can be used for the determination of the content of lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula.In all of the Shanxi Codonopsis pilosula,the Wuhuaxin from Linchuan has the highst content of lobetyolin.更多还原
