【摘要】 目的:建立测定速克感冒片中绿原酸含量的 HPLC 法。方法:采用 Symmetry C₁₈柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）,流动相为乙腈-1.0%醋酸溶液（10:90）,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长326 nm。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.04～0.2 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率（n=5）为100.5%,RSD 为1.5%。结论:该方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish RP-HPLC method for quantitative determination of chlorogenic acid in Suke Ganmao tablets.Methods:Chlorogenie acid was performed on Symmetry C₁₈ column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）with mobile phase of acetonitrile and 1.0% acetic acid solution （10:90）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1,and detected at 326 nm,room temperature.Results:The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.04-0.2 μg,r=0.9999.The mean recovery was 100.5 % （n=5）,and RSD was 1.5 %.Conclusion:This method is testified to be simple,accu- rate,sensitive and the reproducibility is good.更多还原
