RP-HPLC法测定苏合香微丸中肉桂酸的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立一种测定苏合香微丸主要成分肉桂酸含量的新方法,提出以酚酞为内标的新思路。方法:采用ZORBAX SE-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶0.5)为流动相,检测波长242nm,流速1.5mL·min-1,柱温室温。结果:当肉桂酸的浓度在6.4~54.4μg·mL-1范围时,其峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.9999);高、中、低3种浓度的回收率分别为99.3%,99.2%,101.0%,RSD分别为1.5%,1.8%,0.9%。结论:方法准确,可靠,可作为含苏合香类药品制订质量标准时的参考。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a new RP-HPLC method for determination of cinnamic acid in styrax micropills, which is efficient on cardiovascular diseases, taking phenolphthalein as internal standard. Method:The determination by RP-HPLC was carried out using ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) at room temperature,with mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (50: 50: 0.5) at a flow rate of 1.5mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength of 242nm. Results: Excellent linear correlation was established within the range of 6.4-54.4μg·mL-1, and r=0.9999; The recovery of high concentration(120% )was 99.3%, RSD was 1.5%, middle concentration (100%) was 99.2% , RSD was 1.8%, low concentration (80%) was 101.0%, RSD was 0.9%. Conclusion :The method can be applied in quantitive determination of preparations contained styrax with accuracy and reliability.
