结合Matlab重建下颌第一磨牙CT图像的三维透视模型

【摘要】 目的:建立下颌第一磨牙三维模型,多角度展示牙髓解剖形态,以此作为辅助教学及进一步研究的基础。方法:以成年右下颌第一磨牙为对象,应用CT扫描获得断面信息后,经图像去噪、图像二值化、图像分离等操作,利用MathWorks公司的Matlab7.0软件重建牙齿的三维模型。结果:采用CT扫描获取图像并用数学建模软件重建出的模型,形态逼真,轮廓清晰,真实地反映牙体、牙髓的位置与形态关系。结论:结合Mat-lab建立的下颌第一磨牙三维透视模型,可以真实准确地反映牙体结构,并可进行进一步的计算机辅助设计处理,为生物力学分析奠定基础,并摸索出一套行之有效、方便快捷的建模方法。

【Abstract】 AIM:To construct three dimensional(3D) perspective model of mandibular first molar and show its dental pulp dissected form in multi-angtes,than take it as the assisted instruction and also as the base of mechanical analysis.MEHTODS:The image of an adult’s right mandibular first molar was taken as the object,then the section information by CT-scan was obtained,After following operations,such as image denoising,image binaryzation,image separation and so on,reconstruction of the three dimensional(3D) model of tooth was obtained using Math Works Corporation’s MATLAB Software.RESULTS:Adopting CT-scan image the model reconstructed by Mathematical Modeling is realistically and clear-cut.Meanwhile,it reflects the relation of position and form between tooth and dental pulp.CONCLUSION:The thee dimensional(3D) perspective model of mandibular first molar,constructed in combine with MATLAB,can reflect the tooth structure truly and accurately.It also can proceed further CAD treatment,laid a foundation for biomechanics.Furthermore,it may be an effective and convenient modeling method.
