【Abstract】 After a comparison study on the approach speeds between Chinese elite long-jumpers and their foreign counterparts , the author concluded that improvement of approach speed will help aquire the vertical speed and soaring speed in take-off, which in turn will helop the athletes achieve excellent performance.更多还原
