【Abstract】 Fibrocolonscope was used to examine the esophagus and stomach of two species of animals:stripe-tailed racer(Elaphe taeniura) and western Bengal monitor (Varanus bengalensis).These two animals were put in low temperature at 1℃for an hour,to immobilize them,then the fibroclonscope was put into these organs for examination.At this immobilized state,examination was suc- cessful.This method may be used to other amphibians and reptiles,such as boa,cayman and soft-shell turtle更多还原
