有机-无机杂化材料在纺织品数字喷墨印花中的应用
Application of organic-inorganic hybrid materials in ink-jet printing of numerals on fabrics
【摘要】 采用溶胶凝胶法制备有机-无机杂化材料,并对纺织品进行表面改性,以提高纺织品数字喷墨印花的清晰度、颜色深度和牢度.介绍了有机-无机杂化材料的制备原理、杂化材料在喷墨印花中的作用、喷墨印花用杂化材料中有机相和无机相的选择及其比例,以及溶胶薄膜的厚度对喷墨印花性能的影响,并对有机-无机杂化材料在纺织品数字喷墨印花中的应用进行展望.
【Abstract】 The fabrics were surface-modified with organic-inorganic hybrid materials(prepared by sol-gel process) to improve the edge acurity,color deepness and fastness of ink-jet printing.The preparation principle of the organic-inorganic hybrids,their functions in ink-jet printing,the selection and proportion of the organic and inorganic phases in the hybrids and the sol membrane thickness were described for their effects on the ink-jet printing properties.The application of the hybrids in ink-jet printing of numerals on fabrics was also forecasted.
