【摘要】 森林作为陆地生态系统的主体,是维持人类生存的物质基础,在我国生态建设和环境保护中起着重要的作用。采用西藏最近的森林资源清查数据,定量计算了西藏森林生态系统的服务价值,并结合西藏森林资源状况和现行的生态政策,实证分析西藏的生态补偿制度,提出分阶段、分步骤地实施补偿的具体建议,为西藏生态补偿政策的制定和补偿标准的出台提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The forest,as the mainbody of the land ecological system,which maintains the human existence,gives a great effect on the ecological construction and the environmental conservation in China. In this paper,utilized recent investigation data of the forest resources,computed quantificationally the sercice value of the forest ecological system,and took the forest resource status and the actual ecological policy into consideration,then to analyze positively the ecological compensation institution in Tibet. In the end we gave material advice on the compenation practice step by step. Thus suppled a scientific basis for the ecological compensation policy and criterion in Tibet.更多还原
