【摘要】 长期以来,江西森林资源主要是以发挥生态效益为主,而体现经济效益的产业发展相对不足。为了转变江西林业的经济增长模式,充分发挥森林资源禀赋优势,江西省近年来开始注重林业产业,尤其是木材产业的发展。回顾江西木材产业发展现状,分别从政策支持、林权制度改革和龙头企业培育三个方面总结了江西省木材产业的发展经验,并通过存在问题的剖析,为政策制定或调整提供相关启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 For a long time,Jiangxi’s forest resource mainly focuses on ecological function,while forestry industry representing economic function develops slowly. In order to change growth mode and fully develop advantages of resource endowment,Jiangxi recently thinks highly of forestry industry,especially timber industry. This paper reviews current status of Jiangxi’s timber industry,and summarizes its development experience from aspects of policies support,forest proprietary rights reform and large-sized business cultivation. Analyzes existing problems in order to provide some suggestions for policies adjustment.更多还原
