【摘要】 农田防护林是林业生态体系的重要组成部分。在回顾德惠市农田防护林建设历程的基础上,总结农防林建设的经验;针对德惠市农防林经营建设中存在的林木病腐严重、林龄结构不合理、采伐限额少、林权不明晰、管护薄弱等问题,提出调整树种结构,加强病虫害防治;明晰产权,稳定政策;探索林业新机制,放宽采伐限额等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Farmland shelter-forest is an important composition in forestry ecological system. Based on reviewing farmland shelter-forest construction , This paper summed-up the expierence in farmland shelter-forest construction and discussed the problems of serious wood rolling, forest age structure in construction not reasonable ,small cutting quata, forest right not clear , weak management in operating and constructing the local farmland shelter-forest in Dehui city, put forward corresponding countermeasures.更多还原
