【摘要】 目的:建立一种HPLC测定珍菊降压片中盐酸可乐定的含量及均匀度。方法:采用Kromasil ODS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(8∶92),检测波长为210nm,流速为1.0ml.min-1。结果:盐酸可乐定在1.0~10μg.ml-1范围内成良好的线性关系(r=0.999,n=5),平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.0%(n=9)。结论:此方法简单、灵敏、准确,适全于珍菊降压片中盐酸可乐定的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for determining the content and content uniformity of Clonidine Hydrochloride in Zhenjujiangya Tablets by HPLC.Methods:HPLC was used with Kromasil ODS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column,acetonitrile-0.2% phosphate solution(8∶92)was used as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 210nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.Results:The linear response range was 1.0～10μg·ml-1 for Clonidine Hydrochloride(r=0.9999,n=5).The average recovery and precision(RSD)were 97.8% and 1.0%(n=9),respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of Clonidine Hydrochloride in Zhenjujiangya Tablets.更多还原
