室温离子液体在镀层电沉积中的应用
Applications of Ionic Liquids in Coating Electrodeposition
【摘要】 离子液体是在室温及其相邻温度下完全由离子组成的有机液体物质,由于其独特的性能可以作为电沉积金属和合金镀层的电解质。对相关离子液体中电沉积金属和合金研究现状进行了总结。
【Abstract】 Ionic liquids are organic liquids composed entirely of ions at ambient temperature.As electrolyte,the ionic liquids can be applied to the electrodeposition of metals and alloys on the coatings of the metal materials because of their special properties.The current researches on electrodeposition of metals and alloys are reviewed.
