几种添加剂提高拜耳法种分分解速率的效果
Effects of Mixed Additives on Al(OH)3 Precipitation with Seeds in Bayer Process
【摘要】 研究几种混合添加剂提高拜耳法铝酸钠溶液种分分解率的效果。结果表明,阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺对种分分解影响不大,非离子型聚丙烯酰胺提高种分分解速率,最高可达2.08%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺作为添加剂效果最好,最高可提高种分分解速率达到4.06%,并且分子量大的效果更好。光电子能谱测试表明,有机混合添加剂是以物理吸附的方式作用于氢氧化铝晶种表面。
【Abstract】 The effects of several mixed additives on decomposition rate of Al(OH)3 precipitated from caustic aluminate solutions with seeds promoted are investigated.The results show that the decomposition rate of Al(OH)3 is negatively influenced by the mixed additives of the anionic polyacry lamide and sodium polyacrylate.The decomposition rate can be increased by 2.08% while the mixed additives of nonionic polyacry lamide and sodium polyacrylate are adopted.The effect of the mixed additives of positive ion polyacry lamide and sodium polyacrylate is the best,the decomposition rate is increased by 4.06%,and the larger of polyacry lamide molecular,the better the effect on the decomposition rate.
