【摘要】 目的:比较云南、湖北、陕西天麻乙酸乙酯提取物对大鼠胸主动脉环张力的影响。方法:主动脉环张力测定法记录天麻乙酸乙酯提取物对大鼠胸主动脉环张力的影响。结果:三产地天麻乙酸乙酯提取物能抑制KC l引起的大鼠胸主动脉环收缩,使CaC l2量效曲线右移,最大收缩张力降低。结论:三产地天麻乙酸乙酯提取物对大鼠胸主动脉环均有舒张作用,以云南天麻作用最强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investiagte the relaxant effects of Gastrodia elata Blume.EtOAc extractive from Yunnan、Hubei、Shanxi on isolated aortic artery in rats.Method:Rat isolated aortic artery tension recording method was used.Results:Gastrodia elata Blume.EtOAc extractive from that three different areas can inhibit the constriction of isolated aortic artery smooth in rats induced by KCl、CaCl2.Conclusion:Gastrodia elata Blume.EtOAc extractive from that three different areas can relax the isolated aortic artery smooth in rats,and Gastrodia elata Blume.EtOAc extractive of Yunnan has the best effect.更多还原
