【Abstract】 The internal structure of Ti alloy has great impact on the performance of the material.Based on the properties of the precise profiled titanium wire that the dimension is small,high accuracy and the requirements of its inner and surface!quality are very high,the article aims to study on preparation of metallographic sample,the way of chemical erosion and aspects needed to pay attention to.As a result,clear metallograph has been obtained,which provides assure for control of inner quality during the production of precise profiled titanium wire.更多还原
