【Abstract】 Studies on the new unknown function gene H347 cloned from KMB - 17 strain cDNA library established from mRNA of early gene response. An expression vector GST - H347 was constructed, and the purified protein was obtained as well.By immunizing the mice ,the anti- sera was isolated ,and its speciality was detected by western blotting. Furthermore, the protein in the HSV - stimulated fibroblast cell was determined by means of immunoprecipitation.更多还原
