【摘要】 西双版纳地区是我国物种资源最为丰富的地区之一,其中竹类资源更加丰富,约占全国竹类资源的l/5.本研究运用民族植物学的理论和方法,对西双版纳地区少数民族食用的竹笋资源以及民间对竹笋的传统利用等进行了调查研究,调查结果表明:西双版纳地区可食用的竹笋资源非常丰富,共计有11属,65种,并具有广阔的开发前景.更多还原

【Abstract】 Xishuangbanna is a place in which the biodiversity is the richest in China,bamboo resources are especially rich.Ethnobotanical theory and methods are applied in this research for investigation of bamboo shoot resources and indigenous utilization of bamboo shoot.The result shows:edible bamboo shoot resources are very rich in Xishuangbanna,including 11 genera and 65 species.更多还原
