微量元素锌铁与高血脂和动脉粥样硬化关系的实验研究
A Study of Relationship Between Trace Element Zn and Fe and Experimental Atherosclerosis in Rats
【摘要】 本实验采用随机对照的前瞻性研究,用高脂饲料诱导大鼠动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成,同时检测不同水平的锌、铁与高血脂和动脉粥样硬化关系,系统深入地探讨了微量元素锌铁的抗AS作用及其机理。结果表明:锌、铁的适宜比例可有效提高机体的抗氧化能力。这为进一步研究微量元素锌铁与AS的关系,探讨锌铁防治AS的机理,使之应用于临床提供了有价值的理论基础。
【Abstract】 In this random controlled prospective study,The relationships between atherosclerosis(AS)induced by cholesterol diet and the different contents of trace element Zn and/or Fe were analyzed.The results implicated:suitable Zn and/or Fe supplementations have the effect of decreasing atherosclerosis lesions.It offered another evidence of the action of Zn and/or Fe in AS,furthermore it is of importance in using Zn and/or Fe supplementations as preventive drugs to AS in clinical practice in the near future.
