【摘要】 目的研究面部骨折的临床治疗方法,总结经验。方法选择我科2003年10～2006年10月60例面部骨折患者,分析其骨折类型,容貌畸形情况,治疗方法,治疗结果,随访情况。结果55例患者恢复正常的面部外形,咬合功能;5例患者治疗结果不满意,与术后感染及没有早期功能锻炼有关。结论明确诊断骨折类型,尽早手术,早期功能锻炼是面骨骨折治疗成败的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical treatment of facial frac-ture,tally up experience.Methods 60 cases of facial fracture were chosen in 2003-10~2006-10,analyzed it’s bone fracture type、facial appearance abnormal、method of treatment、result of treatment、the follow-up of observation.Results 55 patients achieve normal face form、good occluding relation;5 cases were unsatisfied with the result,it is maybe related with infection and no early functional movement.Conclusion It is the key to treat facial fracture of explicit diagnosis fracture type、early operation、early functional movement。更多还原
