【摘要】 目的探讨闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉固定治疗股骨髁上A型骨折的临床经验及疗效。方法2002年6月～2006年12月应用闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉固定治疗股骨髁上A型骨折31例,男21例,女10例。平均年龄38.5岁(19～61岁)。骨折类型按AO分类:A1型16例,A2型9例,A3型6例。术后早期膝关节行CPM功能锻炼。结果全部病例均获随访,随访时间5个月～19个月,平均12个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间9～22周,平均13周。根据Merchen膝关节功能评定标准:优19例,良9例,可2例,差1例,优良率90.3%。结论闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨髁上A型骨折损伤小,固定牢固,术后早期可进行膝关节活动及功能锻炼,有利于骨折的早期愈合及膝关节功能的满意恢复,是治疗股骨髁上A型骨折的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the experience and the results of retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail and close reduction for the treatment of type A supracondylar femur fracture.Methods From June 2002 to December 2006,31 cases of type A supracondylar femur fracture were treated with retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail and close reduction in our hospital. There were 21 males and 10 females,with an average age of 38.5 years (range,19～61 years).AO classification systes was used for all the cases,type A1 in 16 cases,type A2 in 9 cases,type A3 in 6 cases.All cases accepted CPM exercise as early as possible after operation.Results All patients were followed up for an average of 12 months (range,5 to 19 months).Fracture healed successfully in 31 cases.The average time of racture healing was 13 weeks (range,9 to 22 weeks).According to Merchen evaluation,19 cases showed excellent results,9 good,2 fair,1 bad.The satisfactory rate of functional recover was 90.3%. Conclusion It is a good way with retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail and close reduction for the treatment of type A supracondylar femur fracture.Its trauma is little,the internal fixation is firm,the arthrosis activity and function exercise can be done early.h is better for fracture healing and function recovering.更多还原
