【Abstract】 The importance of patent strategy is widely accepted,but there is still lack of theoritical guidance to help firms to form patent strategy.It analyzes the basic question of corporation strategy,business strategy and technology strategy,finds their linkage with patent strategy,and integrates them into the three kinds of activities included in the patent strategy,i.e.,patenting,licensing and litigation.It develops a PLL(Patenting, Licensing,Litigation) model to guide the formation of patent strategy.更多还原
