【摘要】 目的:探讨螺旋CT牙科成像技术在上颌埋伏阻生牙诊断中的临床应用价值。材料和方法:用Siemens螺旋CT扫描机,对20例共25颗上颌埋伏阻生前牙患者进行螺旋CT横断面扫描,并进行曲面、三维重建。结果:20例患者CT图像均清晰、直观地反映了25颗上颌埋伏阻生前牙在上颌骨内的位置、方向及唇腭侧骨皮质的距离,并从各个平面显示了它们与邻近重要结构,如切牙管、上颌窦和邻近牙根的关系。结论:螺旋CT牙科成像技术能全方位显示埋伏阻生牙各方面特征,有利于再现上颌埋伏阻生前牙与周围组织的关系,有助于牙外科医生精确定位,选择最佳手术入路更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To discuss the clinical application of dental spiral CT in the diagnosis and manage- ment of un-erupted and impacted teeth.Materials and Methods:20 patients with 25 un-erupted and impacted teeth were scanned by Spiral CT and processed by dental reconstruction with SIEMENS spiral CT scanner.Results:The dental reconstruction images were clearly and directly displayed in all 20 cas- es,including the internal position and inclination of un-erupted and impacted teeth,and distance to the buccal and lingual cortex,and clearly show the relation between impacted tooth and adjacent important structure.Conclusion:The dental spiral CT could demonstrate all characteristics of un-erupted and impacted teeth and was recommend as the best choice for surgical approach.更多还原
