火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红土镍矿中铬
Determination of chromium in laterite-nickel ore by flame atomic absorption spectrometry
【摘要】 研究了混酸溶解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红土镍矿中铬含量。采用空气-乙炔贫焰提高测定灵敏度,采用基本相匹配法消除基体铁的干扰,加入硫酸钠与氯化铵作为干扰抑制剂,有效消除共存元素对测定的干扰。铬的质量浓度在0.05~10.0mg/L与吸光度成线性关系,方法检出限为0.013mg/L。方法用于红土镍矿中铬含量的测定,相对标准偏差小于0.33%,加标回收率为98.4%~100.4%。
【Abstract】 The sample was decomposed with mixed acid of phosphoric acid,sulphuric acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid.Then the content of chromium was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The interference from Fe was erasured using matrix matching method.The interference of common existent elements was eliminated by adding sodium sulphate and ammonium chloride into the solution.The absorbance is linear with chromium concentration in the range of 0.05-10.0 mg/L.The relative standard deviation is less than 0.33%.The recoveries obtained by standard addition method range from 98.4% to 100.4%.This method is simple and accurate.
