【摘要】 一种测定钯的高灵敏光度试剂N-戊基-N’-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲(APT)被研究。在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下和在乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,APT与钯反应生成一种稳定黄色络合物,该络合物的最大吸收波长位于294.4 nm,其表观摩尔吸光系数为3.52×105L.mol-1.cm-1。该试剂用于矿石、催化剂样品中钯的测定,获满意结果。该试剂水溶性好,并且对环境友好。

【Abstract】 A highly sensitive spectrophotometric reagent for the determination of palladium(Ⅱ),N-amyl-N’-(sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate) thiourea(APT) was studied.In the presence of cetyl trimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB),APT reacts with palladium(II) to form a stable yellow complex in HAc-NaAc buffer solution.The palladium-APT complex exhibits a maximum absorption at 294.4 nm,with apparent molar absorptivity of 3.52×105 L mol-1 cm-1.This reagent has been successfully used for spectrophotometric determination of palladium in samples of mineral and catalyst.Besides,the reagent is soluble in water and friendly to environment.
