纵折后牙黏接实验模型的建立

【摘要】 目的建立一个纵折后牙黏接实验模型。方法选择新鲜拔除的人完整后牙10颗,去除牙齿咬合面的釉质后纵切牙体至釉牙骨质界下,形成深5mm、宽0.5mm裂缝的纵折带有模型。然后分别用玻璃离子、Super-BondC&B树脂水门汀黏接,制成棒状微拉伸试件,检测其黏接强度和断裂类型。结果玻璃离子的微拉伸强度是(5.1±3.4)MPa,Super-BondC&B树脂水门汀的微拉伸强度是(27.6±7.6)MPa。Super-BondC&B树脂水门汀的黏接强度和流动性均强于玻璃离子。二者的断裂类型没有统计学差异。结论此模型可以做为纵折后牙治疗选择黏接材料的筛选模型。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a bonding model of vertically fractured posterior tooth.Methods Ten intact human posterior teeth extracted freshly were removed the enamel of their occlusal surfaces and sectioned longitudinally beyond cementum-enamel junction to obtain 5 mm deep and 0.5 mm wide vertical fissures.Thus the vertically fractured models were established.The models were bound with glass ionomer cements or Super-Bond C&B.The microtensile binding strengths and fracture models were measured after the bound teeth were sectioned into bar-shaped specimens.Results The microtensil binding strengths were(5.1±3.4)MPa for glass ionomer cements and(27.6±7.6)MPa for Super-Bond C&B.The binding strengths and fluidity of Super-Bond C&B were greater than those of glass ionomer cements.The fracture models were not statistically different between them.Conclusion The models have been established and can be used for selecting adhesive materials for binding vertically fractured posterior teeth.
