【摘要】 探讨了棉锦交织物的染整工艺,对影响酸性染色工艺的因素,如pH值、电解质、染料种类、匀染剂、染色温度和时间等进行了分析,并给出了合理的工艺条件及处方。结果表明,采用先活性染棉后酸性染锦的二浴法工艺,织物色牢度好,强力高,亲水性佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dyeing and finishing of cotton and polyamide mixture fabric were discussed.The factors exerting influence on dyeing process with acid dyes were analyzed,including pH value,electrolyte,type of dyes,leveling agent,dyeing temperature as well as time.The reasonable processing conditions were determined in details.As a result,two-bath process of cotton dyed with reactive dyes followed by polyamide dyed with acid dyes could impart good color fastness,high tensile strength and excellent hydrophilicity.更多还原
