【摘要】 目的通过对颊脂垫的解剖观察,探讨颊脂垫瓣在口腔邻近组织缺损修复中的应用。方法将带蒂颊脂垫瓣游离后疝入邻近缺损进行组织修复。结果所有转移颊脂垫瓣全部成活,3月后全部黏膜化。结论颊脂垫瓣作为一种可牺牲的组织瓣,其血运丰富、损伤小、操作方法简单、制备容易,在修复其邻近组织缺损中值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of the buccal fat pad flap in the reconstruction of oral vicinal tissue defects by observating of the anatomy of the applied buccal fat pad.Methods Dissociating the buccal fat pad flap and inserted it into vicinal tissue defects for the reconstruction.Results All inserted fat grafts healed well without local necrosis.The uncovered buccal fat pads showed complete epithelialization of their oral surface in three months after surgery.Conclusion Using the buccal fat pad flap for reconstruction is a safe and easy method to reconstruct oral vicinal defects.Good vascularization,ease of access,and minimal donor site morbidity make the buccal fat pad flap a reliable soft tissue graft,which has a good clinical application future.更多还原
