综合应力加速寿命试验方案模拟评价的理论与方法

【摘要】 针对综合应力加速寿命试验方案优劣的评价问题,以产品在正常应力水平时中位寿命方差的均值和标准离差作为试验方案统计精度及其稳定性的评价指标,应用蒙特卡洛模拟方法,根据所提出的加速寿命试验方案模拟评价的准则,建立了综合应力加速寿命试验方案的模拟评价方法;同时,应用极大似然估计理论,建立了综合应力加速寿命试验方案模拟评价的数学模型。对航天电连接器综合应力加速寿命试验方案模拟评价的结果表明,在相同的试验次数和样本量下,最优试验方案的统计精度及稳定性高于均匀正交试验方案一倍左右,因此可以比均匀正交试验方案更好地代替全数试验方案,实现航天电连接器在环境温度和振动应力综合作用下可靠性水平的快速评定。

【Abstract】 For evaluation problems of accelerated life test plan under multiple stresses,taking variance mean and standard deviation of product median life under normal working stress level as evaluation criteria of test plan’s precision and stability,according to the proposed simulation evaluation rule of accelerated life test plans,the simulation evaluation’s method of multiple stresses accelerated life test plans were built by the Monte-Carlo method.Meanwhile,by using maximum likelihood estimation theory,the mathematic model used for multiple stresses accelerated life test plan’s simulation evaluation was built.The result of the simulation evaluation of electrical connectors’ multiple stresses accelerated life test plans shows that the optimized test plan’s statistical precision and stability are as twice as the uniformly orthogonal test plan at the same test times and samples.The optimized test plan can substitute comprehensive test plan better than the uniformly orthogonal test plan to realize fast evaluation of aerospace electrical connector’s reliability under the action of temperature and vibration stresses.
